Here's a quick run down on how to get the content.
Availability
- The Inside Donald Trump operation is ONLY available for PC and Mac players on Steam. It is not available on the Linux / Mobile / PS4 or VR versions of Surgeon Simulator
- Free DLC for Surgeon Simulator Anniversary Edition owners - if you are on this edition you don't need to do anything!
- If you own Surgeon Simulator 2013 you'll need to upgrade to the Anniversary Edition before accessing the Inside Donald Trump content

Getting inside Trump
- Once you've successfully upgraded accessing the surgery is through the remote control on the desk
- Simply grab or click the remote and you'll be taken the intro screen giving you an overview of the objective of the level
- Click start game when you're ready to begin operating.
